1. Introduction
Welcome to ListsAllPro.pro (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by ListsAllPro. By accessing the Site or booking any offering, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Offerings
2.1 Professional Organizer Sessions
Our professional organizer sessions provide personalized in-home or virtual support. Sessions are scheduled upon payment and confirmation.
2.2 Digital Products
We offer digital guides, templates, and online courses. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.
2.3 Physical Goods
Our physical products include organizing supplies and tools shipped to your address.

4. Payment and Fees
All fees are due at the time of booking or purchase. We accept major credit cards and other methods listed on the Site.
5. Refund Policy
We provide the following refund guidelines:
- Professional Organizer Sessions: You may cancel up to 48 hours before a scheduled session for a full refund to your original payment method within seven business days. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund, but may be transferred to another date or person with at least 24 hours notice.
- Digital Products: Due to immediate access, purchases of digital guides and courses are final and not refundable. If you experience non-delivery or defective content, please contact us within seven days of purchase for a potential refund or replacement.
- Physical Goods: Items must be sent back in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs to send back are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund to your payment method within seven business days, minus original shipping fees.
All refund requests must be submitted via our customer support form. Approved refunds will be processed back to the payment source used for purchase.
6. Transfer of Services
You may transfer a professional organizer session to another person or date by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance through our customer support form. Transfers are subject to availability and confirmation. Transfers are not available for digital products or physical goods.
7. No-Refund Services
Certain consulting packages and workshops may be advertised as non-refundable. These offers will be clearly noted on the purchase page. In such cases, no refund or transfer is allowed due to the preparatory work and exclusive scheduling required.
8. Limitation of Liability
ListsAllPro’s total liability under these Terms is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to a claim.
